This policy explains what personal data Unelify handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
Unelify, a brand of digital spreadsheet templates, contact: [email protected]. For checkout and payment data, Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC), our merchant of record, is responsible under its own privacy policy.
What we use and why
- Order details that Lemon Squeezy shares with us (your name, email address, country, the product and the order number): to help with problems, handle refunds and keep the records the law requires. Basis: performing our contract with you and our legal obligations.
- Your emails to us (your address and what you write): to answer you. Basis: performing our contract, or our legitimate interest in answering questions.
- Technical data when you visit this website (such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested), processed by our host Cloudflare: to deliver the site and keep it secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
We do not add tracking or advertising cookies, we do not use advertising pixels, and we do not sell or rent personal data. We never see your full card details.
To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you; it shows us totals such as page views, countries and browsers.
Emails
If you get the free budget, your email address is used to send it to you. We do not send you marketing emails unless you clearly agree to receive them, and every such email would let you unsubscribe.
Service providers
- Lemon Squeezy: checkout, payment, tax and file delivery.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Google: the fonts on this website (your browser asks Google's servers for them) and our email inbox.
- Porkbun: our domain and email forwarding.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with the safeguards described in their own policies.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet tax and legal obligations, then deleted. Emails: up to 2 years after our last exchange, unless needed longer for an open order issue or a legal reason.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email [email protected] and we will answer. For checkout data you can also contact Lemon Squeezy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Our templates are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date.
